Jesse Steele is the UAS Range Manager, overseeing airspace coordination and mission planning, providing strategic direction, and serving as the direct liaison between the Range and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Bringing over a decade of experience leading complex aviation and flight test operations in high-stakes environments, Jesse previously served as an Acceptance Test Pilot and Chief of Flight Operations with the Defense Contract Management Agency, where he oversaw more than 600 flight test operations, ensuring full regulatory and safety compliance.

His background also included directing joint air operations aboard the USS Lewis B. Puller and leading mission planning for rotary-wing operations across multiple defense assignments. At Pendleton, Jesse applied that same operational discipline to help customers plan, execute, and prove their systems safely and efficiently.
