Cole leads the overall business development, marketing, and strategic partnership efforts to expand the customer base across defense, commercial, and government sectors.

In addition, he supports the broader marketing and business development initiatives for the Airport and Economic Development departments, helping attract jobs, commerce, investment, and new opportunities to the City of Pendleton.

Prior to joining the Range, Cole developed and executed large-scale marketing and promotional campaigns for Wildhorse Resort & Casino and co-founded a marketing agency serving clients across aerospace, public sector, economic development, tourism, and private industry.​
