Cole Rixe

Business Development Officer

Cole Rixe leads business development and marketing efforts to expand the Range’s customer base across defense, commercial, and government sectors.

Cole brings experience across unmanned systems, economic development, and marketing, with a focus on driving growth and building long-term partnerships. Prior to joining the Pendleton UAS Range, he developed and executed large-scale marketing and promotional campaigns and co-founded a marketing agency that served over 20 clients across aerospace, public sector, and private industry.

At Pendleton, he is responsible for identifying and attracting new customers, leading marketing strategy, and aligning customer needs with the Range’s capabilities to deliver a seamless, turnkey experience from first contact through execution.
