Thank you for shopping with Pendleton UAS Range. Because many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold on this website are custom-made after an order is placed. These products are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful, Inc.

Because items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse
-
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged
-
Defective
-
Misprinted
-
Incorrect compared to your order
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

When reporting an issue, please include:

Order number
-
Description of the issue
-
Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner Printful to:

Send a replacement item, or
-
Issue a refund if replacement is not possible.
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
Orders may be eligible for replacement if:

The shipping carrier confirms the package was lost, or
-
The order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after shipment.
We may coordinate with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

5. Order Issues and Claims
Any claims for:

Damaged products

Misprints
-
Missing items
must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Issues reported after this time may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Product arrives damaged or defective

Incorrect item was shipped
-
Order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are produced on demand, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

Custom or personalized items

Made-to-order merchandise

Items ordered in the wrong size or color
8. Printful Fulfillment
Our products are manufactured and shipped by Printful, Inc., a print-on-demand fulfillment provider.
If a product issue occurs, we may coordinate directly with Printful to resolve the problem according to their fulfillment policies.
