A 33,000 sq. ft. open-span facility designed for large-scale operations. Recently upgraded with modern utilities and flexible workspaces, the B-17 offers offices, a machine shop, and direct access to over one million sq. ft. of apron parking, ready for teams who build, test, and innovate.
