  • Three 6,000 sq. ft. bays

  • Heated, epoxied floors

  • A fully-rated mezzanine space

  • Secure, gated access with ample parking

  • Attached 789 sq. ft. office space (heated & cooled)

  • Water, power, and up to 10Gbps fiber
