Construction is underway on our new Flex III hangar located in the Phase IV UAS Industrial Park. This 18,000 sq. ft. facility features:

  • Prime location with direct taxiway access

  • 60' Wide x 16' tall electric bi-fold doors

  • 66' Wide by 74' deep open bays

  • Three 6,000 sq. ft. bays

  • Heated, epoxied floors

  • A fully-rated mezzanine space

  • Secure, gated access with ample parking

  • Attached 789 sq. ft. office space (heated & cooled)

  • Water, power, and up to 10Gbps fiber
