My name is Austin Sullivan, and I'm beginning to explore civilian opportunities in the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) industry.

I currently serve as a Major in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, where I lead Small UAS and Counter-UAS integration efforts for Force Headquarters Group. My role focuses on capability development, training, force protection, operational planning, and advising senior leaders on emerging UAS threats and the employment of C-UAS systems. I've had the opportunity to train on and operate systems including FS-LIDS, DroneBuster, SMASH, TITAN, and other kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities while helping develop tactics and procedures for the operating forces.

Outside the military, I've spent the past eight years managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects, giving me experience leading teams, solving difficult problems, and bringing new capabilities from concept to execution.

I'm also an FAA Instrument-rated pilot, Part 107 Remote Pilot, and currently completing my Commercial Pilot certificate.

Wilfred Adeyi

Developer & Technician with hands-on experience across the full drone lifecycle — from FPV/cinewhoop builds and repairs to professional aerial survey and oil & gas inspection operations. Currently a UAV Repair Technician at AeroTech Services Ltd (a subsidiary of OAS Helicopters), where I diagnose and resolve flight system faults, from gimbal and ESC issues to firmware and sensor calibration. I also run Atlas Drones, my own UAV services company, giving me a builder's-eye view of airframes, flight controllers, and payload integration alongside the operational side of survey and inspection work.

I combine strong technical troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, and firmware-level) with a growing focus on safety-critical operations, currently deepening my HSE engineering knowledge to support oil & gas inspection work. Looking for opportunities to apply this technical depth to UAV development, maintenance, and field operations roles.

I'm Kevin, a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer currently working as an Airworthiness Analyst at Golden Section LLC. 

I'm interested in UAS based safety roles, experimental/flight test engineering and mechanical engineering roles. 

My recent history is in UAV systems, risk modeling, and airworthiness evaluation. I believe my skills in mechanical design and analysis, combined with my passion for innovative aerospace technology, would align well with the work your team is doing.
